He has been engaged in scientific research on building industrialization, green building and building digitization for a long time, and has made remarkable achievements in prefabricated buildings and ultra-low energy consumption buildings. The company undertook the national 12th Five-Year project "Research and Demonstration of Key Technologies in the industrialization design and construction of affordable housing" won the first prize of the Huaxia Construction Science and Technology Award, and the project "prefabricated interior Decoration system Solution" won the third prize of the Huaxia Science and Technology Award, and completed a number of research projects in Beijing and the institute. Participated in the preparation of a number of national standards and bank standards, such as GB/T51231 for Prefabricated Concrete Construction, Standard for Rental Housing Construction and Operation, JGJ/T 491-2021 for prefabricated Interior Decoration, etc. He presided over the compilation of T/CECS 944-2021, T/CECS 944-2021, and T/CECS 94-2021, and T/CECS 94-2021.

Long engaged in residential planning, residential design and school architecture design. Presided over the completion of the planning and design of more than 30 residential areas such as Guogongzhuang Phase I Public rental House, Coking Factory public rental House, Vanke Blue Mountain, Dingxiu Meiquan Town and many other public buildings such as Beijing First Experimental School.

It has won 12 Beijing Excellent Design Awards, 2 National Survey and Design Industry Awards, 3 Architectural Design Awards of Architectural Society, 1 Guangsha Award and 2 Huaxia Science and Technology Awards.

He is also a council member of China Civil Engineering Society, Vice Chairman of Construction Industry Modernization Development Committee of Architectural Society of China, Vice Chairman of New Building Industrialization and Green Development Committee of China Energy Conservation Association, and vice Chairman of Expert Committee of Intelligent Construction and New Building Industrialization of China Steel Structure Association. He is an expert in National prefabricated building Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, Ultra-low Energy Passive Building Alliance, Beijing Prefabricated Building Expert Committee, Beijing Housing Security Office, China Real Estate Association, Beijing Construction Industry Association and other academic associations, and he is also the co-supervisor of postgraduate students in Tsinghua University.
